    1 Sales Manager Male/Female 01
    • Develop business and marketing plans, and oversee business and marketing activities, ensuring they are executed and implemented effectively.
    • Manage and implement the company's business plans.
    • Identify and develop potential customers.
    • Assign tasks to sales staff to ensure targets are met.
    2 Main kitchen Male 01
    • Always ensure a complete and diverse menu to meet customer demands.
    • Check the quality of food supplies and spices daily to determine appropriate storage methods.
    • Assign tasks to kitchen assistants, sous chefs, and head chefs. Control the work process of staff.
    • Supervise the food preparation process to ensure the quality of dishes.
    • Be responsible for hygiene and food safety standards for all dishes.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to inventory assets, machinery, and tools in the kitchen.
    3 Restaurant Manager Male/Female 01
    • Establish standard procedures for service, food quality, beverages, etc., for the restaurant.
    • Develop standard procedures to guide all job positions in the restaurant.
    • Organize staff to follow the approved standard procedures. Implement changes and improvements to procedures as needed.
    • Monitor staff's adherence to procedures.
    • Organize and conduct staff training, assign tasks, and evaluate staff performance.
    • Implement and monitor the implementation of human resource policies and restaurant regulations.
    • Monitor daily revenue and expenditure reports.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement a customer evaluation system.
    4 Receptionist Male/Female 04
    • Perform check-in/check-out procedures for guests.
    • Advise and introduce guests to the hotel's services and provide them with necessary information.
    • Based on the reservation list provided by the reservations department, the reception staff will gather guest information to facilitate guest reception.
    • Check with the Housekeeping department to ensure that the rooms have been cleaned.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve guest complaints during their stay at the hotel.
    5 Baggage handler Male 02
    • Assisting with the management, storage, and transfer of guest luggage during check-in, stay, and check-out.
    • Greeting and guiding guests to the reception desk for check-in.
    • Assisting with luggage transfer when guests need to change rooms.
    • Assisting guests with taxi requests: confirming destinations, fare information, etc.
    • Performing other tasks as requested by the Department Head.
    6 Housekeeping Male/Female 04
    • Clean rooms according to hotel standards.
    • Receive and count property: Linens (duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc.), room amenities (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, soap, slippers, etc.), minibar drinks, complimentary items, etc., ensuring everything is complete and accurate, without any missing items or items not meeting standards for guest service.
    • Check out guest rooms quickly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare rooms for guest check-in meticulously and thoughtfully, according to the requirements of the Housekeeping Office and the Sales Department.
    • Responsible for handing over unfinished or continuing tasks between shifts.
    • Conduct room checks when guests check out early. Verify and match room information with the front desk.
    • Report any issues arising during the night shift to the next shift (Supervisor or Department Head) completely and accurately.
    7 Restaurant Staff Male/Female 03
    • Follow customer service procedures.
    • Take orders from customers.
    • Record customer orders clearly and accurately, including dishes, quantities, units of measurement, and any special requests.
    • Introduce dishes and drinks to customers.
    • Have knowledge of the restaurant's cuisine and dishes.
    • Serve food and drinks to customers.
    • Follow the restaurant's service standards and style.
    • Check dishes before serving.
    8 Kitchen Staff Male/Female 01
    • Check the quality of food and ingredients before preparation.
    • Prepare fresh ingredients, vegetables, and other ingredients for cooking.
    • Prepare all necessary seasonings.
    • Prepare bowls, plates, and dishes for garnishing dishes.
    • Assist the head chef, assistant chef, and other kitchen staff during food preparation.
    • Prepare dishes as required under the supervision of the head chef or assistant chef when assigned.
    • Maintain kitchen equipment and machinery; report any damage to a supervisor for timely repair.
    • Ensure that bowls, plates, knives, forks, etc., are always washed and kept clean. Clean food storage cabinets and arrange food in the correct positions.
