On October 20, 2023, a cooperation agreement was signed between Viet Orient Hospitality (VOH) and The Sun Education Investment Company Limited at the Big Sun Experience Zone, located in Tam Kiet Hamlet, Huu Bang Commune, Kien Thuy District, Hai Phong City.
VOH will provide consulting services for the setup and restructuring of the Big Sun Experience Zone in Hai Phong.

The Big Sun Experience Zone was built and put into operation in 2020, providing services such as: meeting and event facilities, restaurants, and accommodation.
