Viet Orient: Signing a memorandum of understanding on tourism development cooperation with Ha Giang province

On the afternoon of August 20th, within the framework of the conference "Developing distinctive tourism products in regional linkages" at the Quang Binh District Conference Center - Ha Giang, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the People's Committee of Quang Binh District, the People's Committee of Xin Man District, and the People's Committee of Hoang Su Phi District - Ha Giang and Viet Orient Hotel Setup & Management Consulting Company.

The signing ceremony was held solemnly with the presence of Mr. Ha Van Sieu – Deputy Director General of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; Mr. Nguyen Quy Phuong – Director of the Travel Department – ​​Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; Mr. Tran Duc Quy – Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang District; the Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of Quang Binh, Xin Man, and Hoang Su Phi districts, along with representatives from various departments and agencies of Ha Giang province and representatives from nearly 60 travel businesses in Ha Giang, Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Ha Nam, and Ninh Binh.

The content of the signing ceremony focused on cooperation in building and developing tourism products; cooperation in tourism promotion and advertising; cooperation in human resource development; and exchange of information and experience in business operations between companies and Ha Giang province in general, and Quang Binh, Xin Man, and Hoang Su Phi districts in particular.

The delegation participated in the boat racing festival on the Chung River hydroelectric reservoir - Quang Binh District - Ha Giang.

The delegation attended the Fire Dance Festival of the Pà Thẻn ethnic group in Quang Bình District, Hà Giang Province.

Through the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang – CEO and General Director of Viet Orient Hospitality – expressed his confidence that the relationship between the People's Committee of Ha Giang province and Viet Orient Hospitality will develop positively. Viet Orient Hospitality will assist Ha Giang province and its businesses in investing in and building accommodation facilities in Ha Giang effectively, in accordance with the culture, environment, and sustainable development criteria of the Conference on Cooperation and Development of Regional Specialty Products.
