During the meeting, both sides held preliminary discussions on the services Viet Orient Hospitality provides, such as design concept review consulting, technical services, and hotel operation management. VOH shared flexible operational solutions, optimized costs, and efficient management according to 5-star standards, while Ecopalace highly appreciated the more than 20 years of experience of VOH's team of experts in the high-end hotel and accommodation industry.
The project is envisioned as a complex of over 30-story hotels with swimming pools, rooftop bars, food courts, and accommodation facilities meeting international 5-star standards, promising to become a new architectural and tourism landmark in Buon Ma Thuot – Dak Lak. Both parties expressed their desire to continue researching and considering the possibility of formal cooperation in the next phase, aiming to develop a new iconic structure for the Central Highlands region.
