It is invested by Century Technology and Trade Joint Stock Company, with Viet Orient Tourism and Hotel Management Consulting Company as the consultant and setup unit. This is a 7-story hotel with 50 standard rooms and functional rooms meeting 3-star standards, with a construction area of 480 m2 and a total floor area of approximately 3,360 m2, situated in the Tuan Chau International Port area.
