Attending and participating in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the hotel were leaders from the People's Committee of Lao Cai province, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Construction, the Provincial Police, leaders of the Lao Cai Provincial Business Association; leaders of the Lao Cai Tourism Association; and the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Sapa District.
Leaders from the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee; the Department of Tourism; the Sapa District Party Committee; the owner of Pistachio Hotel; and the General Director of Viet Orient Hospitality cut the ribbon to inaugurate the hotel.
After two years of construction, the Pistachio Sapa Hotel, with its new look, has opened, featuring: a spacious and elegant lobby area; a restaurant with 200 seats serving breakfast and lunch/dinner; a meeting room with a modern sound and lighting system accommodating 200 delegates simultaneously; and 100% of the hotel rooms have large windows with natural light and balconies overlooking the Muong Hoa Valley or the misty mountains of Sapa.

With its unique and unparalleled architecture in Vietnam, Pistachio Sapa is a blend of art and contemporary architecture, from the exterior of the building to the interior of the bedrooms. At Pistachio Sapa, guests not only receive accommodation but also experience the difference between colorful spaces, contemporary art combined with the folk influences of the ethnic groups of the highlands, expressed through evocative paintings depicting the culture and lifestyle of the people in this Northwest region.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, General Director of Viet Orient Hospitality, the hotel consulting, setup, and management unit, shared: “Pistachio Sapa Hotel is proud to be part of the system of 3-star to 5-star hotels that Viet Orient Hospitality has advised, set up, managed, and operated.”

Sharing his thoughts with Mr. Quang, Mr. Hoang Van Tuyen – Chairman of the Lao Cai Tourism Association – also commented: “I believe that Pistachio Sapa Hotel will fully flourish, become professional, meet the increasingly high demands of the market, and become a frequent choice for tourists whenever they travel to Sapa, worthy of being one of the high-class hotels in the chain of hotels set up and managed by Viet Orient Hospitality.”
