Hotel business - anticipating post-Covid-19 trends

As of May 4th, Vietnam has not recorded any new #Covid infections. However, the #Covid19 situation is still complex worldwide. This is a "critical" phase, but #VOH believes it is also an "opportunistic" phase.
The "critical" aspect is:
+ Hotels have no guests.
+ Staff have been temporarily laid off and are unemployed.
The "opportunistic" aspect is:
+ This is a golden opportunity to rebuild organizational structures, work processes, regulations, and forms that were previously left unfinished due to busy schedules.
+ Prepare a plan for resuming operations after #Covid19.
---- #Hotels are the brainchild of investors. Frankly speaking, hotel owners invest at least 30 billion VND to build a 40-50 room hotel, not including land. So why leave things unfinished like that, while still having to pay bank interest (possibly)?
--- So why keep waiting for "when the pandemic is over to meet again?" instead of considering, "How can we make thorough preparations so that when the pandemic is over, the hotel can operate proactively and anticipate future trends?"
